At Serodja Moi, we are dedicated to preserving the integrity of our honey, ensuring it remains as pure and natural as possible, from hive to jar. We aim to be the go-to brand for consumers seeking genuine, high-quality raw honey, free from additives and artificial processes. Our commitment to authenticity, sustainability, and tradition drives us to work closely with local beekeepers in Riau, who use artisanal methods that honor both the environment and local communities.

Our raw, wild honey, harvested without heating or processing, retains its natural enzymes, nutrients, and distinct molasses-like flavor. Sourced from bees that exclusively gather nectar from palm blossoms and neighboring tree flowers, our honey is never compromised by liquid sugar feeding. This small, local farm in Riau not only produces our unique honey but also plays a vital role in pollinating palm oil trees.

We prioritize sustainability and ethical practices, ensuring minimal environmental impact while delivering top-quality honey rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, which supports digestion, immune health, and may even assist with seasonal allergies. Our honey’s deep brown color and unique flavor make it a perfect pairing for teas, recipes, or as a healthier alternative to refined sugars. Approved by the Indonesian FDA (BPOM), our honey is 100% pure, free from additives, and rigorously tested to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

About Serodja Moi

Serodja Moi Founder

Growing up in a small, close-knit village nestled deep within the lush jungles of Borneo Island, Indonesia, Gouw Bak Nai was immersed in a world where nature's purity was cherished and respected. As a child, she would accompany her family on long walks through the dense forests, marveling at the vibrant flora and the hum of life that surrounded them. It was during these formative years that Gouw first experienced the true essence of raw honey—golden, viscous nectar that flowed directly from the honeycomb, untouched by human hands or modern machinery. This honey, with its robust flavor and rich aroma, was a far cry from the overly processed, diluted products she would later encounter in the wider world.

Driven by a deep sense of purpose and a desire to share the authentic honey she had known as a child, Gouw embarked on a mission to bring back the real deal. She sought out local beekeepers who still practiced traditional methods, ensuring that their bees roamed free in the forest, gathering nectar from the wildflowers and fruit trees that dotted the landscape. Gouw was determined to produce honey that was genuine, raw, and untouched by the hands of modern processing—honey that retained the natural enzymes, flavors, and health benefits that had been cherished by generations before her.
